2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality (inventory tracking, repair management, analytics).
• To process your subscription and manage your account.
• To send push notifications you have opted into (e.g., vehicle alerts, cost thresholds).
• To improve the App and develop new features.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage) with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement multi-tenant data isolation — your business data is only accessible to members of your team.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, database, file storage, and push notifications.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and in-app purchases.
• Google ML Kit: On-device text recognition for VIN scanning and document scanning.
• NHTSA API: Vehicle identification number (VIN) decoding.

These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data as necessary to provide the App's services (e.g., with Firebase for storage, RevenueCat for subscriptions).

• Opt out of push notifications through your device settings.
