How to Delete Your Account

Open the LotTrack Pro app on your device
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation
Scroll down to the Account section
Tap Delete Account (red button)
Read the warning and type DELETE to confirm
Tap the Delete Account button to permanently delete your account

What gets deleted

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data will be removed:

Your user account and login credentials
All business data (vehicles, costs, repair records)
All uploaded photos and documents
Team member information and invites
Sales records, buyer information, and P&L reports
Notification history and audit logs
Subscription and billing data

Data Retention

All data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. No data is retained after deletion. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled but any remaining paid period will not be refunded — please cancel your subscription before deleting your account.
